Tee-ball

5-7 years old

Tee-ball is a team sport based on a simplified form of baseball or softball.
It is intended as an introduction for children to develop ball-game skills and have fun.

Benefits:

  • Active Lifestyle: Tee-ball encourages regular physical activity, fostering cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and overall well-being in an enjoyable manner.
  • Team Bonding: Tee-ball introduces youngsters to teamwork, helping them learn collaboration, share responsibilities, and support fellow team members.

Juniors

7-17 years old

Junior baseball is played on a Saturday morning, with teams in the under 13, 15 and 17 competitions.

Seniors

18+ years old

Senior baseball is played on Saturday afternoons, with training held on a Thursday night.
